We are developers and financiers of utility sized projects. We view ourselves as filling an important role in linking the structuring and packaging of renewable energy projects for placement with a sophisticated international investment community. While investor interest in the long-term financing of quality project transactions on a one-by-one basis is strong, NPE intends to establish its own NPE Global Renewables Fund, independently managed, but dedicated to the financing of NPE projects. The capacity to commit putting these elements in place upfront on an in-house, turnkey basis under one roof, can be a major competitive strength.
