Helena Energy LLC was founded in the year 2015 as a natural gas marketing enterprise in Anchorage, Alaska. Since 2016, the company is mainly active in the oil production in south-western Texas. Helena Energy LLC was founded by Bruce D. Webb who has been active in the oil industry since 1978.

In the vast plains of Texas, we drill for the most important raw material of the world economy: oil. Close to the Mexican border, around 46 miles south of San Antonio, there is our oil-production area “Big Well”. The name is derived from the nearby town Big Wells, but at the same time speaks for a productive oil field. With state-of-the-art drilling technology, we re-develop this oil deposit rich in tradition to finally unearth it. Besides Big Well, in a further step we also exploit another oil field in close vicinity. All in all, the two oil fields have 6.9 million barrels of drillable oil reserves ascertained by experts.
