Since August 2016, the A2A Group, the largest multi-utility in the country, has held 51% of the share capital of LGH, for an industrial partnership rich in synergies. LGH serves a basin of over 1 million inhabitants in about 200 municipalities in the south-eastern provinces of Lombardy (Brescia, Bergamo, Cremona, Lodi and Pavia).
