In January of 2013, an entrepreneurial spirited engineer – Alfredo Saenz – recognized a specialized need within the oil and gas midstream sector to provide engineered encroachment analysis and launched a new engineering company named Saenz Oil & Gas Services, LLC. Mr. Saenz goal was to create a company that put quality over quantity, professionalism over politics, and provide the utmost in professional service. With these values in hand, Saenz went to market, immediately began reviewing third party encroachments, and reviewed over 325 individual encroachments in the first year.  With over 2.5 million miles of oil and gas pipelines in the United States alone and continued economical growth, Saenz Oil & Gas Services recognizes encroachment analysis as a priority in protecting client assets. As the value of our team was recognized by our clients, we also began providing additional services to support the work that is generated from the encroachment analysis.

Today, Saenz Oil & Gas Services provides a wide range of engineering, construction and other technical support services to the oil and gas industry throughout North America.
