The first projects concerned the relamping of automotive structures and monitoring of the consumption trends of sports and industrial structures and finally the installation of the first two cogeneration plants fueled by methane gas, at the industrial center of Civita Castellana, which represents the second most important ceramic hub in Italy.

In 2019 , through strategic shareholdings, operational sites were acquired for the revamping and start-up of power plants for the production and efficiency of some industrial sites. In 2020, the management of the Gorizia power plant for the production of electricity began. In addition, other projects concerning the cultivation in aero-hydroponics greenhouses are in the start-up phase.
