We are providing the paper industry with a new raw material for the production of paper and cardboard: grass! Strictly speaking, it is dried hay that is processed according to the requirements of the respective paper mill using a process developed and patented by us and used in the paper mill's production cycle as a raw material instead of fresh fibers (wood) or recycled paper. If you use grass instead of wood as a raw material to manufacture paper and cardboard, you reduce CO2 emissions during manufacture by up to 75%.
No chemicals are used and only 1% of the amount of water compared to wood fibers. In addition to the ecological aspect, the raw material grass is significantly cheaper than pulp made from wood. In addition, the raw material grass can be used directly by the paper industry on its existing machines without modifications or additional units. We work hand in hand with the traditional paper industry and branded goods companies, develop intelligent packaging and help contain the global flood of plastic.
