Bastian and Dennis Arend, founded the company in Heidelberg in 2009 - out of the idea and enthusiasm to produce electricity independently of the major energy suppliers, to promote renewable energies and to help shape the development of decentralized PV systems.

As brothers, we shared our responsibilities right from the start: Dennis Arend took care of the technical construction management and the construction partners, while Bastian Arend took on the planning, management and development.

The biggest challenge in recent years has been to lead the company with foresight in a volatile photovoltaic market, to ensure high cost efficiency and at the same time to build up the company nationwide.
