Anglo African Oil & Gas plc (AAOG) is an independent AIM-listed oil and gas developer, incorporated in the United Kingdom, with oil-producing assets in the Republic of the Congo. It owns 49% of Petro Kouilou SA, through which it operates its interests in the Tilapia Field in the Republic of the Congo.

The Company is an AIM Rule 15 cash shell and, as such, is required to make an acquisition or acquisitions which constitutes a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14 (including seeking re-admission under the AIM Rules for Companies) within six months from 4 May 2020.
