We don’t play games with your trust. We embrace the idea that customers come first. And we back it up. We make it easy for you to understand your plan, the price you pay, and when your contract expires.  We started Infuse Energy because we wanted a better experience from our electricity company. After all, we’re electricity customers, too. And quite frankly, we were tired of all the games.  You probably know what we’re talking about: complex plans, confusing prices, and renewal dates that aren’t clearly communicated. Next thing you know, BAM! Your bill is sky high because you were put on an expensive variable-rate plan—and you didn’t even know your contract was set to expire.

We founded Infuse Energy to be different from the other guys and to break away from the old ways of doing things. In that spirit, we’ve detailed certain rights we feel you have as a customer.

• You will always be treated the way we would want to be treated: with respect and fairness.
• We will never put any Infuse Energy charges on your bill that aren't described upfront or detailed in our agreement with you.
• We will never play games with your contract expiration date, which will be clearly noted on every invoice.
• We will never charge you a dime to contact us, whether that’s by email, phone, smoke signals, or carrier pigeon.
• If you contact us by phone, we won't hang up until your question or concern has been completely resolved. (Of course, there may be times when we need to research an issue and get back to you with an answer. But when we say we’ll call you back, know that we mean it.)
• We will never share your data with third party companies without your permission. If you get emails from folks trying to sell hair growth products or high-speed blenders, they didn't get your contact information from us.
