DeRocher Service Co. is a family owned and operated business founded in 1979 by Rich and Connie DeRocher. In 1980 when the company incorporated the original functions of the business included HVAC, rural plumbing, and electrical. The HVAC portion dominated the scope of work and in 1994 the business achieved certification by the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association . This qualifies them to do professional design and installation of geothermal heating, cooling and loop installations in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.  Siouxland’s oldest first generation HVAC business. With hundreds of satisfied customers since 1979, we have successfully installed the most efficient HVAC systems in some of the finest and largest homes in Siouxland over the last 30+ years.
