Universal Moulding Ltd. is Canada’s leading Thread Protector manufacturer. We were established in 1973 by company President Max Danneffel, and are located in the industrial area of Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. Universal Moulding Ltd. started out as a custom injection molding shop. In 1980, we began pioneering the development of plastic API thread protectors for the oil and gas industry in Canada and have been producing thread protectors ever since.  We are a customer focused company, evident by our mission statement, “A tradition of excellence continued by listening to our customers.”

HIGHLY CAPABLE FACILITY

Our 20,000 square foot facility is fully equipped with the latest technology to manufacture Thread Protectors. We have recently added new injection molding machines that allow us to produce an even wider range of products and increase our production capacity.  With an in-house CNC tool and mould-making machine shop, we are able to quickly build molds for any type of protector our customers may require.
