Did you know that you can pre-purchase your winter propane? This program will allow you to protect yourself from potentially high winter prices. Anyone can participate! All that is required is that your account balance be paid and that you pre-purchase the winter gallons you will need.  This is our most popular program and our customers have enjoyed substantial savings in the past. Remember we have no hidden fees such as delivery or compliance. Your price is the price every time!  If you are considering switching propane providers we encourage you to compare our prices and programs to your current supplier.  The dates signing up for this program will vary a little as we always attempt to minimize your price per gallon by buying at the optimum time.  In doing this, you are contracting the gallons at a fixed price, which means the price cannot go higher. Contracted gallons will be delivered from October 1st to March 31st. Any gallons undelivered will be credited back to your account as a dollar credit. This credit can be used toward future purchases at market price or refunded to you at your request. Any unpaid balance that occurs during the contract period (i.e. tank rent fees, service work, parts, etc) is subject to being satisfied by your contract funds, which will reduce your winter contract gallons, and funds.

Auto-Fill With Budget Billing

 No delivery Fees Spread your heating bill out over 11 months. Take advantage of the benefits of Auto-Fill with the convenience of an even monthly payment. Budget Billing usually begins in May of each year, and works like an escrow account. Your budget rate is calculated on your past usage and projected winter prices. Your account will be audited to prevent large over-payments or underpayments from accumulating. Your budget rate may be adjusted due to unexpected changes in usage or propane prices (severe cold weather, etc.). It is very important that your payments be prompt and consistent since this is a premium service we are providing without interest or service charges. Should you miss a budget payment for any reason, your deliveries will be suspended and you will be removed from Budget Billing. This results in your entire account balance being due immediately. You will not be eligible to return to Budget Billing until the following season.

Will Call Delivery Program

Propane truck driving down dirt roadCustomers simply call-in to order a delivery when needed. We require a 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled delivery day. For your convenience, we have an automated answering system when placing orders during the evenings or over the weekend. Your order will be processed the following workday, and delivery will be made on your normal scheduled delivery day. Please be sure to check the level of your tank regularly and place your order when the level is around 25%. If we do not have 24-hour notice, or should you run out of propane or need a special delivery, a service charge will be assessed.

Off Route & Emergency Deliveries

Energy Partners propane truckWe require 24-hour notice on all propane orders. An additional service charge will be assessed for same day or off day deliveries. If your tank is out, you will also be subject to tank outage fees. These fees are assessed on a progressive scale. Please contact your local branch office for specific charges. Please watch your gauge closely. We do not want you to run out! Customers who continue to allow the tanks to run out will be subject to having their service terminated. Off Route & Emergency delivery fees do not apply to Auto-Fill or Auto-Fill with Budget Billing customers unless deliveries have been suspended due to non-payment of account.
