Michael Romines and his parents, John and Ellen Musselman, own and operate Southwest Operating and Atlantis Oil Company, where they have forged relationships with vendors throughout the region. When the owner of Acme Oilfield Services, a company with which they’€™d worked closely, passed away and Acme planned to close, the family intervened. In 2006, they acquired the maintenance and repair business with plans to continue its respected legacy.  Acme has a long history in pumping unit repairs, but the new owners implemented changes to take the business to the next level. The team incorporated its existing oilfield services into Acme’s repertoire and, after the 2009 purchase of S&D Sandblasting, added sandblasting and welding work to the mix, as well.
