Corporate Values
- We have corporate policies, procedures and ongoing measuring processes in place to protect our employees, clients, contractors, environment and local communities. Our work sites are actively monitored to ensure our standards are reinforced and adhered. Continuously measuring our safety performances and analysing the data to spot trends, developing workplace safety management programs and instilling "safety is everyone's business" culture supports and strengthens the keystones of the company's safety management philosophies.
- Whether we are installing a new pipeline, constructing a new project or modifying an existing facility, we continually look for ways to minimize our disruption to the environment and the local communities. Through impact studies, mitigation controls and diligent monitoring we can identify how to best diminish the expected adverse effects upon the environment. LCOS is committed to working with our clients, government agencies and local community groups to design strategies that will best empower a project and protect the environment.
- For labourers, tradesmen, supervisors, administrators, management, and the rest of us, intrinsic motivation - the drive to do something because it is interesting, challenging and rewarding - is essential to our company being successful in today's oil and gas sector. The continuous diligence of providing a positive workplace, infusing career development programs and investing in the community... enriches our employees with intrinsic motivation!
