About Company

Alliance BioEnergy, Inc, (PINK: ALLM) (“ABE”), is a publicly traded company focusing on Green energy and renewable technologies. ABE developed a new and improved technology system that converts virtually any plant material — grasses, wood, paper, farm waste, yard waste, forestry products, fruit casings, nut shells, and the cellulosic portion of municipal solid waste — into sugars and subsequently into biofuels without the use of enzymes or liquid acids. We call this the CTS 2.0 process, where CTS stands for Cellulose to Sugar. The cellulose is converted into sugar and lignin. The sugar is further converted into bio-ethanol and other biofuels.

Competitiveness of Our Technology

Alliance’ CTS 2.0 is a mechanical-chemical process that, unlike other cellulosic conversion processes, does not use any expensive and slow converting enzymes in the conversion of cellulose into its components of sugar and lignin. We use a very inexpensive catalyst that is recycled.  CTS 2.0 is environmentally friendly: 100% renewable, 100% recycled water, no toxic chemicals, and an almost zero carbon footprint.  Alliance expects to be able to produce cellulosic ethanol using CTS 2.0 at a significantly lower cost than any other cellulosic process and even at a lower cost than ethanol from corn due to the fact that our feedstock (either tall grasses or waste product) is much less expensive than corn.  In addition, Alliance is actively exploring other “green” or renewable technologies that are beyond the development stage for possible acquisition or strategic partnerships.

BIOFUEL

By utilizing the CTS process to convert virtually any lignocellulose biomass into its base components of sugar and lignin you have a renewable, inexpensive feedstock that can be used to make a variety of drop-in transportation fuels including ethanol, diesel and aviation jet.  Because the CTS process does not rely on any one type of feedstock or need expensive and complicated enzymes or liquid acids to operate it can be used around the world and in the harshest environments.

The CTS process is modular and in the future we plan to have portable units that can be mounted aboard ships in a military application. CTS is also expandable and can be built in a large factory setting beside a busy commercial airline hub to service thousands of commuter aircraft a day. The possibilities are endless when the CTS process is combined with exisiting biofuel technologies for creating Cellulosic Ethanols, Biodiesels and Aviation Biofuels. Alliance BioEnergy has licensed the technology of Vertimass to convert Ethanol into jetfuel.
