RTM LIGHT
The Light RTM process is widely used in structural parts for the automotive, truck and tractor markets, as well as many other applications. It offers an excellent surface quality and allows a good finishing on both sides of the part. It is a very flexible process that can upstand all the specifications from the market. It is manufactured with rigid mold and counter-mold through resin flow and vacuum assistance. It allows superior productivity comparing to parts made in spray-up or hand lay-up, keeping the freedom of geometric shapes.
INFUSION
Manufactufing process of fiberglass parts through resin flow over dry fiber. With a flexible counter-mould made of a film, the vacuum assistance forces it to compress the material. The goal is to maximize the glass content in the composite part. It is specially suitable for large pieces of complex geometry.
RTM SKIN
Skin RTM is a variation of the Light RTM process, that uses a flexible conter-mould (made from silicone) instead of a rigid one. This flexible silicone counter mold provides a cost reduction both in the tooling and in the part. It allows also a higher fiber content in the part comparing to RTM Light.
