Specifically, Frontera’s strategy is to identify opportunities and operate in emerging markets in Eastern Europe around the Black Sea.

OPERATIONS

Frontera’s strategy is to seek early opportunities in “known hydrocarbon bearing basins” located in low-cost onshore settings where significant oil and gas plays have been underdeveloped.Currently the core of the company’s operations efforts are focused in the country of Georgia where it holds a license called Block 12 in the upper Kura basin.  Also, the Company has recently acquired a license in the country of Moldova called South Moldova Block.

Frontera has developed a management system (HSEMS) in alignment with global conventions that serves as the foundation of the company’s approach to managing health, safety and environmental issues. The company is committed to using a management systems approach for all safety and environmental issues.Frontera publishes an HSEC annual report which describes prior year accomplishments and upcoming year goals and objectives. First published in 2006, the company has now issued 13th HSEC annual report and is committed to continue to diligently report its HSEC related stat.
