Baron Energy, Inc. Operations

We are engaged in the management of a consortium of like-minded investors seeking to invest in non-operated oil and natural gas properties. Baron Energy operates all of the properties.  We pursue acquisitions of long-lived producing oil and natural gas properties with relatively low decline rates, predictable production profiles, and future low-risk development opportunities.  We focus on acquisitions that have upside via workovers, recompletions, and development drilling opportunities.  We plan to grow a portfolio of properties over the next 3-5 years that has substantial value in the market place and then monetize the portfolio.
