His brother, Spenser, soon joined the growing business, and Main Brothers Oil Company (Main-Care) was born. The Main family presided over the company for nearly 30 years, but having no heirs, they opted to leave their proud legacy to their employees. Main-Care Energy became 100 percent employee-owned in 1957.  Main-Care Energy has continued to evolve over the years—we’ve expanded our product offerings and service footprint and found innovative ways to improve efficiency, to name a few.
