J.H.. Kaspar Oil Company has offered generations of family service since 1958 with offices in both Rawlins, and Saratoga, Wyoming. We are a wholesale distributor supplying bulk diesel, gasoline and lubricants to industrial, oil field, construction, wind farm and agricultural customers in Carbon and Sweetwater counties in Wyoming as well as Northern Moffat and Routt counties in Colorado.

As a member of the Commercial Fueling Network we offer fueling solutions for your fleet.  With 6 fueling sites in Rawlins and the Wamsutter and Saratoga areas fueling your fleet is convenient and time-saving.    With the CFN network your Kaspar Oil Fuel Cards give your fleet access to thousands of sites nation-wide.
