HOW WE DO IT

• Dimension experts will visit your potential site to evaluate its size, contours and exposure. We also will research local land use and permitting policies to determine if solar is among the allowed uses, or if variances will be required. In some cases, remote examination of these elements may have already indicated your site is well-suited for solar, prompting Dimension to contact you and let you know of this opportunity.
• Working with you and your advisors, Dimension will work toward a lease agreement that stipulates the details and terms of the project, including the duration of the lease, payment details and the company’s responsibilities for land preservation and restoration.
• At every step in the development process, Dimension’s experts will follow local, state and federal statutes to coordinate all required regulatory reviews and permits, including land use, environmental, electrical and interconnection.
