OIL BURNER SERVICE CONTRACT

Our oil burner service contract is a 24/7 agreement. Thats right, 24 hours a day, seven days a week we will be there for you. This contract covers servicing of one oil heating unit once a year with the parts listed below for $325.00 including tax.This service policy provides for the repair or replacement and labor of any or all the parts listed above. Excluded from this plan are the repair or replacement of any device that water passes through, including piping, cartridge circulators, (excluding Taco 007 which will be covered only as a part: labor on these will be charged at the normal rate), power vents, zone valves, radiation, valves, domestic hot water hook ups, hot air dampers and controls.

FUEL TYPES

• Clear K-1 available only at Rte. 7 pump, ( .244 Fed tax per gal included in price) , Homeowners can be re-imbursed for this tax on their income tax return. Cans must be blue, yellow, or clear. No red cans
• Weve purchased our fuel oil from the same suppliers for 20 years. It is a clean product hauled by our own transports. 
• Available from our own storage plant for all of your propane needs. We have an LP station for the filling of grill tanks. All size propane storage tanks available for purchase.
• Sunoco Racing Fuel ( Cam 2 ) , Is a leaded High Octane product for high compression engines. Used in racing snowmobiles, boats, motorcross bikes, vintage autos, and local race cars. $9.50/gallon.
• Additized during winter months. Key guard system for 24 hour access
