In 1947, Robert Harris, Sr. leased a gas station on East Main Street in Orange, MA. He bought a delivery truck and started peddling home heating oil. If a customer had a service problem or ran out of oil at night a phone call would get him out of bed. He worked at building the trust of customers by emphasizing a personal attention to detail. In 1956, our business moved to its current location in New Salem, MA.  The founders son Robert Harris, Jr. currently runs the business along with his wife, Pamela and their children, Robert III, Joseph, and Kirsten. While the company has grown significantly, the personal service continues and late night callers still awaken the owners.   With todays emphasis on energy conservation, we are proud to install highly efficient heating systems for our customers. It may seem strange that a company who sells oil would install systems that use less oil but that is just an example of our commitment to help our customers.  Our company is very involved in our community, sponsoring many youth sports teams, area fund raisers and community events. Not only do we work locally, we also live here. We are truly local folks, serving you, our neighbors.

At your request, you can be put on our automatic delivery program. With automatic delivery, you dont have to worry about keeping track of the level of your fuel oil. Our computerized delivery service guarantees that you will automatically receive your next shipment before you run out of fuel oil. In todays busy world, it helps to have one less thing to worry about!

PRO-TANK-TION 

Tank warranty program that covers the complete cost* (parts & labor) to replace a leaky oil tank. If your tank does leak, our highly skilled team of technicians will replace your tank, so you can be assured of a quality job. This program renews annually. *Environmental clean up costs are not covered, and remain the responsibility of the customer.
