History

Premier was started in 1982 to service the owner’s company owned wells. In the late 1980’s, the company began to operate as a well servicing contractor due to the demand of other oil and gas companies for similar service. The name was changed to Premier Well Service, LLC in 2007, and expanded operations from South Arkansas to Fayetteville Shale in North Arkansas, and has since expanded its services to include Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, East Texas and Oklahoma.
