Depending on the criteria of the client periodic Discrepancy Summaries or Deficiencies Lists can also be submitted to management as a way to track the resolutions of outstanding rig issues as they are discovered or arise.  Finally, AOI International compiles a Final Report normally consisting of every daily Activity Report, an Executive Summary, any shop testing or Factory Acceptance Testing reports, and a final Deficiencies List or Discrepancy Summary so that management can have a detailed picture of exactly how the rig has resolved (or failed to resolve) issues that existed prior to AOI involvement and ones that arose in the course of inspection.
