Wadhawan Holdings – founded in 2002 by visionary Managing Director of the group, Mr. Kapil Wadhawan, Wadhawan Holdings incubates new businesses in areas such as real estate, retail, and power. Strategic Investor – one of the largest module manufacturers, looking to move from a product company to a system integrator and capitalize India market.
