WEC’s natural migration to ESCO is accomplished by expanding upon our Utility Monitoring and Control System (UMCS) integration experience and design-build management of Energy Conservation Investment Program (ECIP) projects for renewable energy and energy conservation projects.
WEC is preparing ESPC proposals for GSA Schedule 84 ESPC ENABLE and DoE ESPC projects. WEC is currently performing UMCS and ECIP energy conservation task orders under US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC).
