Frank McGovern is the Founder, Owner and President of Solarview, Inc. Originally from the east coast, Frank moved to the great state of Texas to attend the University of Texas at Austin. There he received a Master's of Science in Engineering and a Master's of Business Administration.Frank brings experiences from positions held at General Electric's Aerospace Group and Power Systems divisions, as well as GTE/Verizon's New Development group. Frank is currently the President and Owner of Quality Telephone, a telecom company and Clearview Energy, an electric and natural gas supplier operating in fourteen states.
