Bridger Valley Electric Association, Your Touchstone Energy® Partner, is one of Wyoming's consumer-owned Cooperatives. Although our members receive electricity at the lowest possible cost, this is not the only benefit of cooperative membership.  Bridger Valley Electric also offers Internet services, as well as, other benefits including the Co-Op Connections Card offered through Touchstone Energy.
