Indeck Energy is a privately held developer, owner and operator of power generation projects.

POWER GENERATION

Indeck Energy has a proven track record of successfully developing, owning and operating both conventional and alternative fuel power plants. We have developed conventional fuel projects with emphasis on cogeneration, as well as simple and combined cycle. We are actively developing natural gas power generation projects where demand proves a need.

BIOFUEL PRODUCTION

Indeck Energy has taken a significant position in biofuel production across the United States, with a concentration in the Midwest. We developed, own and operate a wood fuel pellet production facility in Wisconsin and we have made investments in and hold board seats on several corn-based ethanol production facilities.

We obtain all necessary permits and government approvals, including air impact analysis, air permit application and submittal, and water/wastewater analysis and permitting.

We've closed numerous financings for energy plants in the United States and abroad totaling more than $1 billion. Our structures include everything from straight corporate finance to multi-tiered, non-recourse debt with tax-advantaged equity structures and multiple currencies.
