J. Lewis Dillman is the president of Abenteuer and has over 20 years’ experience in successfully managing, financing and operating, public and private oil and gas companies. Mr Dillman has raised funding for numerous energy plays in North America and has advanced oil and gas projects in China, Indonesia and Tunisia. He has extensive contacts in the oil and gas industry and actively raises funds for energy deals in the capital markets. Mr. Dillman holds a Masters degree in International Affairs from Columbia University located in New York, USA with a specialization in international banking and finance.

Mr. McGrath is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) who has spent the last seventeen years providing financial management and consulting services to publicly traded companies, with primary emphasis in the oil and gold industries. He has worked with exploration stage companies up to producers, and has been involved with projects located in various countries around the globe. Mr. McGrath is also a director and/or officer of Cricket Resources Inc. and Natan Resources Ltd., both listed on the TSX-V stock exchange. Recently, Mr. McGrath served as General Manager of Finance for Minera IRL Limited, a South American gold producer listed on the TSX, BVL and AIM stock exchanges.

He has an extensive network of contacts and relationships throughout MENA, Europe, the Former Soviet Union(FSU), Asia and Africa and significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, he has been directly involved in over $ 500M of transactions the last five years in Oil and Gas.

Mr. Polakoff is a New York qualified lawyer with over 15 years of experience on international transactions. He is currently the general counsel of FourWinds Project Development, the project development arm of the FourWinds Group which has over $1B under management. Previously he was general counsel and member of the board of Integra Group, an LSE listed oil field Services Company, focusing on the former Soviet Union. Prior to Integra, Stephen was the head of the Moscow legal department at Deutsche Bank responsible for activities in Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine. He was formerly a senior associate with the law firm Clifford Chance in its New York and Moscow offices where he specialized in project finance (oil, gas, telecommunications and electricity), equity and debt capital markets and M&A transactions. Mr. Polakoff has a JD from Georgetown University.
