History of R&B Oilfield Rentals Inc.

R&B Oilfield Rentals Inc. was incorporated in October 2005.

We began our business as innovators; R&B designed the original “Stand-alone” Water Evaporation/Boiler Blow-down tank and commenced manufacturing in Red Deer Alberta.

Our scope of experience made adding Oilfield Hauling to our operations in 2008, a natural evolution. Over the years we have grown this division into a well-rounded, experienced fleet of Operators.

In 2010 we acquired Northern Solids Solutions broadening our Oilfield Rentals operations to include centrifuges.

Today, R&B continues to be an innovator in our industry, adding the “Whale” Tank to our list of Oilfield Rentals. R&B is dedicated to continuing growth and is adding 3 new tractors to our Hauling Division in 2014.

R&B Management

R&B’s corporate headquarters is located in Grande Prairie, Alberta, where our management team is continually looking forward, while remaining focused on providing quality rental equipment to our customers and reliable hauling services. The operations team is fixed on providing quality, reliable rental products at well sites; inventory management of the fleet; diligent maintenance programs; and safe and efficient hauling services.

This quality Canadian manufactured tank offers 230m³ of thermostatically controlled fluid storage. The capacity of one Whale Tank is equivalent to 1447 bbl. Using the Whale will lessen your hauling costs, require less lease space, and lessen your fluid heating costs when required.

You can opt to have your unit equipped to heat fluid with your desired fuel source: Natural Gas or Propane. Our unit also comes equipped with steam lines if you decided to maintain your heat using glycol.

Our tanks are lined, insulated and vented for sour service; Satellite monitoring is also an available feature on our units, this will assist you in real time monitoring. Other features include electronic level gauging, burner status, (ph) level, and a fluid temperature gauge.

• 12’5” W x 53’ L x 16’8” H (with 12” of road clearance in the transport position)
• Transportation does not require a winch tractor
• The Whale is insulated using spray foam insulation
• Does not require rig matting in most cases
• Utilizes truck air to raise and lower for field positioning
• 2 x 12” connection ports c/w valves. Flow capacity of 25 m3 per minute per connection. (Connections can be flanged to a lower sizes upon your request)
• 4 x 4” cleanout nozzles c/w valves
• 2 x 2” flange connections for installation of optional steam coil heating system
• 2 x 4” vent lines that terminate near the ground for easy hookup to scrubbers or flare, and for easy emissions testing
• All nozzles have built-in drip and spill containment
• 3 x Jayco 8” thief hatches set to 4.0 oz pressure 0.4 oz vac connections
