The Quality Assurance Department’s Customer Focus

It is SNF Holding Company’s goal to remain the global leader in the production of water-soluble polymers.  The Quality Assurance department strives to support the achievement of that goal.  This is done, in part, with the resolution of product and process related concerns in a timely and professional manner for both our internal and external customers.  In addition, the Quality Assurance department is also responsible for continuously improving the effectiveness of Quality Management systems throughout SNF Holding Company (SNFHC).

The Quality Assurance Department’s Policy is to:

OUR MISSION

As a Customer Service team, we will work to facilitate customer satisfaction through effective communication, continuous improvement, and the fostering of a positive workplace environment.
SNF Holding Company customers enjoy personalized service. We are not your average Call Center.
Each customer is assigned to a specific Customer Service Representative (CSR) that is trained in handling your type of business. Whether your business is municipal, industrial, or international, your assigned CSR is available Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM to assist with all of your needs. CSRs are also cross-trained so that if your CSR is ever away from their desk, someone is always there to help.

OUR COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMERS

Our goal is to process your order within 24 hours of receipt, acknowledge your order within 48 hours, and to notify you of shipment of your order in real time, as soon as it leaves our facility.
