Earth Electric is a licensed and NABCEP-certified electrical contracting company specializing in solar installation and consulting. We have extensive experience in
photovoltaic systems including residential on- and off-grid solar installation as well as commercial installation. We maintain a small company atmosphere for low

Founder and President, Matthew Welch, has six years and over half a Megawatt of experience in solar installation in the greater San Jose, California area. In
addition to his solar installation work experience, Matthew teaches solar installation at San Jose City College and has contracted to teach with non-profit organizations including the Solar Living Institute (SLI), Center for Employment Training (CET), and Swords to Plowshares.
