- Project Development
Environmental and land-use permitting, technical and commercial due diligence, contract development, equipment evaluation and selection, pro-forma development, project scheduling, and plant siting, including identification of fuel/waste feedstock, water, wastewater and electrical interconnection requirements. - Contract Negotiations & Management
Equipment and service vendors, engineering, procurement and construction agreements, and power purchase agreements. - Project Management
Detailed scope management, including bid document preparation, equipment selection, EPC contract development and selection, cost tracking and control, and scheduling. Monitoring and assessment of projects in the development, engineering, and construction phases to verify compliance with contract terms, schedules, industry standards, and permits. - Owner’s Engineer
Full scope of work, including site selection and due-diligence, project environmental and land-use permits, conceptual and preliminary design review and engineering, detailed design, construction and start-up support, and contract closeout. - Project Due Diligence
Evaluation of site, facility, equipment, construction, operations and maintenance, budgets, environmental compliance and permitting, and project agreements in support of asset acquisition and sale process. - Operations and Maintenance
Plant operations support, including program scope, capital, and operation and maintenance budgets, and plant reliability, availability and maintainability assessments. - Electrical Interconnection
Interconnection evaluation, switchyard configuration, system protection, transmission system load flow studies, and interconnection requests with ISO’s. - Asset Management
Services for a specific project or portfolio for both contracted and merchant facilities, including interface with plant operation and maintenance contractor/operator, federal state and local agencies and regulators, lenders, utility, and equity partners.
