Vapor designed the first Finnish fire-tube boilers 50 years ago, and Vapor has since become the biggest manufacturer in the field in Finland.
Since 1959 number of delivered Vapor boilers is around 8000 pieces.
Today we can offer, in addition to traditional Vapor water and steam boilers, functional and proven small and large bio boiler plants. In addition to boiler plant deliveries, we also have long traditions in workshop production. Our workshop in Nivala have extensive know-how in the manufacture of pressure equipment. Our workshop capacity is self-sufficient and we also sell our workshop expertise to other plant suppliers. Our expertise is renowned within and beyond Finland, and our exportation now extends to Russia and several other regions. Our aim is to continue our growth and to be the leading steam boiler plant supplier in our target areas.

WATER BOILERS
High-quality Vapor TTKV hot water boilers are high volume 3-pass flame tube boilers with a power range of 1–33 MW.
STEAM BOILERS
Vapor TTK steam boilers operate flexibly under variable load conditions due to their high volume, and have a long life span. Their broad power range of 1.7–33 MW makes them suitable both for large-scale industrial processes and smaller-scale steam utilization processes.
STEAM INJECTION (oil industry)
Steam injection is an increasingly common method of extracting heavy crude oil. It is considered an enhanced oil recovery (EOR) method and is the main type of thermal stimulation of oil reservoirs.
